Swimsuit pics seem to be the new method of choice for sharing big news and celebrating major milestones. (And we are not complaining.) The latest celeb to get in on the trend is Salma Hayek, who recently shared a stunning pic on Instagram of herself in a bright blue one-piece in honor of her birthday.

“Happy 55th birthday to me looking forward to new adventures,” the actress captioned the bilingual English and Spanish post. She added the hashtag #grateful.
The pic was perfection, shot before a tropical landscape and featuring Hayek’s beautifully voluptuous (but modestly attired) bod. The only flaw – if any – was the shadow of the man who took the shot, though even that may have been purposefully – and artfully – done.
Fellow celebs like Jason Momoa, Richard Madden, and Pierce Brosnan took to the comments section to wish Hayek a happy birthday.
Maybe next year, she’ll be bold enough to grace us with a birthday suit pic? A horny fanboy can hope.
