The hair-raising coif and its accompanying hashtag #hairhorns has racked up more than 64 million views on the video-sharing platform. It’s a gender-neutral ‘do that originated in the ‘70s punk rock scene. Now, it’s become the calling card of the Gen Z, e-girl, anime, and goth populations.
