The action continued this weekend at FILTER Magazine’s Culture Collide Festival in Los Angeles’ trendy Echo Park neighborhood.
Along with dozens of bands from around the world, the three-day festival celebrates international cultures in all forms — film, art, food and beverages.
While bands at Culture Collide hail from more than 20 countries, Sweden got plenty of play when we were on scene Friday, including sets from Swedes Melpo, Like Swimming and Deer Tracks. But we did change things up a bit when U.S.-born Cosmic Suckerpunch took the stage.
Of course, we’re big fans of the guys since they played Crave’s South by Southwest Music Showcase back in March…
