Those ice cream machines are always broken, so I’m not really surprised that one guy was so annoyed he pulled out a rifle. Well, a fake one that is.

Jerry Henry of Delray Beach was a passenger in Michael Delhomme’s car when they were recently waiting on a drive-thru line at a McDonald’s. When it was their time to order the pair was told that the ice cream machine was not working. So what did Henry do? He pulled out a replica AR-15 out of the trunk of the car. Yeah, that was his first reaction.

According to authorities, the employees at the McDonald’s watched Henry from the store’s surveillance cameras pull out a fake AR-15 rifle from the car’s trunk. The employees of course thought the gun was real so they all hid in the bathroom and called police.

When questioned by police, Henry admitted to his crime and said he got the gun after Delhomme told him to get the “stick.” Henry, you fool. Henry was obviously arrested and charged with improper exhibition of a firearm.
