Unfortunately X Games Austin is officially over. Now it's time to look back. Sports Channel Editor Josh Helmuth goes over his favorite moments of the weekend while Nash Herrington gives an update on the lookout for next year. 

Josh's top 5 moments from 2014 include:

  1. The music. No other sporting event can boast a three day bill that includes The Flaming Lips and a Battle of the Bands. 
  2. Jamie Bestwick, the 42-year-old completed the very first 9-peat in history.
  3. Tom Schaar, only 14-years-old, won Big Air.
  4. Nyjah Huston won his 6th gold medal on skate street.
  5. Pedro Barros continued his dominance in the skateboard park.

Josh has enjoyed dipping his toes into a variety of careers since graduating from the University of Alabama, the most rewarding thus far having served as a youth director in southern California for four years, and his broadcasting career which has garnered two Emmy awards and three Edward R. Murrow Awards.
