NYCC 2013 VIDEO: Cosplay – Life On The Convention Floor

As usual, the cosplay crowd was out in force at New York Comic-Con, and we were on the scene to get the skinny on the passionate fans that make these events so colorful and interesting.

Check out Crave Online’s look at cosplayers at 2013’s NYCC. You know that’s what you want to see. Come on, there’s a female Khan Noonien Singh – Ricardo Montalban style – as well as an Australian Batgirl. They’re more than just funny get-ups – they are fans who love this stuff.

As far as reviews go, he believes the main point of being a critic is not to pass yourself off as the final arbiter of quality passing holy judgment on a work of art, but rather just to share opinions so that the reader can decide whether or not the critic is someone whose tastes generally align with theirs. If so, that reviewer is one whose work you can trust if you're curious about a particular title. If not, cue loud, angry internet vitriol.
