Check out this all new clip from the highly-anticipated, fantasy series “Legend of the Seeker,” based on the bestselling works of author Terry Goodkind. The show will premiere as a two-hour event the weekend of November 1st.
The show will appear weekly program and is produced by Sam Raimi and his partner Rob Tapert, the guys behind Spider-Man films and the Xena and Herclues tv shows.
Legend of the Seeker is a mix of fantasy, adventure, magic, mystery and romance and is filmed in New Zealand.

The first-run action-adventure series, which marks the return of the genre to syndication for the first time in almost a decade, follows the extraordinary epic tales of woodsman Richard Cypher and a beautiful and mysterious woman named Kahlan Amnell. When Richard, played by Craig Horner (“Monarch Cove” and “Blue Water High”), discovers that he has powers from within, he transforms into a magical leader to stop a sinister tyrant. Kahlan, portrayed by Bridget Regan (“Sex and the City” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent”), serves as his protective guide and has sworn to keep him safe from all harm. Rounding out this talented cast is Bruce Spence (“Mad Max 2” and “The Matrix Revolutions”) as Zedd, a wise and powerful old wizard who accompanies Richard and Kahlan on their journey; Jay Laga’aia (“Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones” and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith”) who stars as Chase, a loyal and fearsome member of the Councilor’s Guard; and Craig Parker (“The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” and “The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers”) as Darken Rahl, the ruthless tyrant who Richard must prevent from unleashing an ancient evil that will enslave the world.
