The Kuberg Freerider is the Electric Dirt Bike for the Style-Conscious Thrill-Seeker

The Kuberg Freerider is one good-looking vehicle.

As electric dirt bikes continue to grow in popularity, the Freerider offers both a handsome and powerful option for thrill-seekers looking to ditch their gas-powered models, or even newcomers looking for an impressive jumping-on point in the world of offroad riding.

Boasting a 48 V motor that takes it up to a top speed of 55 km/h (34 mph), the $4,000 machine offers a relatively affordable alternative to some of the pricier electric dirt bike models available, while also been quite the looker, too, thanks to its powder-coated steel frame and shortened, angular seat.

The Freerider is also advertised as a “smart bike,” as with the addition of Kuberg’s specially designed dongle, riders can track their performance using an iOS and Android app.

With the dongle connecting to all of the bike’s sensors it can control and monitor your bike’s functions, monitor its battery levels, track and share rides on social media along with setting the max torque and speed, with Kuberg targeting this feature specifically at parents who may wish to control the speed their child can reach on the bike.

The Freerider is available to buy in various regions, including the US, Canada and the UK. Find out more right here.
