Billie Eilish is putting recent rumors about her relationship with brother Finneas to rest. The “Five Feet Under” singer addressed speculation about a possible falling-out. Several fans noticed Finneas was absent during parts of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour.
Since the Grammy-winning siblings have worked closely together for years, the rumors spread quickly online.

However, during an interview with Elle, Billie responded directly to claims suggesting she and Finneas were no longer getting along. “I heard somebody say, ‘Did you guys hear Finneas and Billie had a falling-out?’” she said.
“Finneas and I have never and will never have a falling-out, ever in our lives,” Billie added. The singer acknowledged that, like most siblings, the two occasionally argue. However, she explained that the disagreements never last long.
“We’ll get in the biggest f—— fight you’ve ever heard of in your life, and five minutes later, we’re back, laughing and making music,” Billie said.
Speculation about tension between the pair reportedly grew after Finneas missed portions of Billie’s world tour, which ran from September 2024 through November 2025. Billie explained the decision was mutual and had been discussed for years because their schedules had become increasingly busy.
She also admitted she worried Finneas was limiting himself by constantly touring alongside her. At one point, she compared his situation to being “stuck in a tower like Rapunzel.”
Finneas later addressed the touring decision himself and said he enjoys performing but does not necessarily enjoy the travel side of touring. “It’s basically true that I don’t like touring, but I love the show part of it,” he explained. “And I love being around Billie.”
The emotional connection between the siblings also appeared in footage from Billie’s tour documentary, where she became emotional while reading a supportive note from Finneas before a show.
“Good luck tonight but you don’t need it,” the note read. “No one does it like you.”
Billie and Finneas first gained attention together through the release of “Ocean Eyes”. Together, they have won multiple Grammy Awards and two Oscars for their songwriting work.
