“They’d been running in the same circle,” the source told PEOPLE, adding that Swanepoel enjoys spending time with Brady. “He’s very attentive and makes an effort to make things special. She’s been impressed by that,” the insider said.
Brady and Swanepoel both reside in Miami, where they reportedly spend time together away from unwanted attention.
