While cops were busy arresting 200-plus peaceful protesters on the city streets above in a terrible week for justice in America, New Yorkers waiting for the infamous L train on the subway platform below were taking part in a badass dance-off inspired by one of the most adorable little hip-shakers the city’s ever seen.
While busking is a common sight at subway waiting stations, offering a light soundtrack to the solemn tedium of the daily commute, one cute little kid started an impromptu dance party to the sounds of Coyote and Crow‘s cover of “Me and My Uncle” by the Grateful Dead.
