Lollapalooza 2013 VIDEO: Angel Haze Plans January Album Debut

It was pretty close whether rapper Angel Haze was even going to make her Sunday afternoon set time at Lollapalooza 2013 — but after a string of air travel snafus, she did, with just minutes to spare.

And for the 22-year-old Detroit native, who says she’s close to throwing up every time she’s on stage, she turned in a set worthy of her billing as one of the hot young talents to watch on the rap scene.

After her performance, we caught up with the artist born Rayeeka Angel Wilson in the Samsung Galaxy Artist Lounge, where she gave us the inside word on her upcoming debut album “Dirty Gold” (due in January) and three singles she plans to drop ahead of the album release.
