12 Days of Killmas: Christmas Evil (1980)

CraveOnline‘s William Bibbiani and Shock Till You Drop‘s Ryan Turek are back in 12 Days of Killmas, the new web series that YOU asked for! The stars of Kings of Horror reviewed 31 Stephen King horror movies throughout the month of October, and now they’re back by popular demand, doing the same for Christmas. 12 new daily episodes are dedicated to reviewing the scariest, the weirdest, and the worst holiday-themed horror movies in history.

Did Bibbs and Ryan want to do this? No! They wanted to review kindhearted Christmas classics like The Muppet Christmas Carol and Miracle on 34th Street, but fans demanded more scary movie reviews, and one or more them are stalking our hosts, forcing them to delve deep into the sick, twisted world of holiday horror. You can watch the mystery deepen as 12 Days of Killmas continues daily from Friday, December 13 to Tuesday, December 24.

Today, the killer Santa genre begins with Christmas Evil, the 1980 cult classic that John Waters loves so much it’s ridiculous. Is Christmas Evil really an unsung horror classic? Is Christmas Evil a powerful descent into madness or just a low-budget slog with a neat premise? Either way, we’re lobbying to have its name changed to Santa: Portrait of a Serial Killer.

Find out on 12 Days of Killmas: Day 2 – Christmas Evil (1980), and keeping coming back every day for shocking new episodes!
