Although he did not explicitly mention Middleton, it appears Harry is keen on extending an olive branch to the future queen as well.

In his GQ interview, Harry claimed he wants to make it work with the royal family, sharing his deep desire to put their past differences behind them. The Duke of Sussex is well-versed in the royal family’s upcoming schedule. The source shared that King Charles is going to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (via The Times).
The Waleses are reportedly headed to India for the Earthshot Prize. Although William’s presence is confirmed, there is no clarification on Kate. “He knows about those things, and he is obviously mindful of that as he’s planning his own activities as well,” the source added.
However, Harry is convinced that Kate is joining her husband for his India trip. The Duke of Sussex is ensuring that his own activities don’t overlap with his father’s or brother’s royal engagements.
