Meghan Markle Gives Kate Middleton a ‘Run for Her Money’ — Source

Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s reported feud made headlines following the Sussexes’ Nottingham visit. According to a source, the Duchess gave the Princess of Wales a “run for her money.” She reportedly received immense “praise” in her recent visit to the UK city, which is said to be Middleton’s “home turf.” For those unversed, Markle and Harry visited Nottingham, marking their first official joint appearance since their return.

Meghan Markle feels ‘vindicated’ over people finding her ‘as good as’ Kate Middleton, per source

Nottingham people reportedly found Meghan Markle “as good as” Kate Middleton. On October 15, the Suits alum visited the city with her husband, Prince Harry, for charitable work. They received a warm welcome with a crowd praising them. Several photos showed the couple sweetly greeting the public and receiving love in return.

Seeing the hype, a source told the National Examiner that Markle might feel delighted to receive such treatment in Middleton’s “home turf.” “She’s managed to give Kate a run for her money on her home turf, and of course, that’s very satisfying.” A bunch of people waited for the Sussexes outside the local Community Recording Studio. They also gave the couple a flower bouquet and well wishes when they arrived.

Furthermore, the source claimed people told the Duchess that she was “just as good, if not better, than Kate with the public.” Hence, Markle reportedly felt “a lovely bit of vindication” after years of being compared to the future queen. “Meghan would never go around bragging about that, but she certainly loves hearing it from her friends.”

Meanwhile, another report suggested the Sussexes’ “performative appearance” at Nottingham pushed Middleton to her “breaking point.” She has allegedly had enough of Markle and Harry’s act. “[The Sussexes] somehow expect everybody to forget what’s happened – so they can just slip back into life in the UK when it suits them. [Middleton] feels they’ve gone too far,” an insider told Closer.
