A new source claimed she has “enormous ambitions” and could prioritize a major offer over their plans. Additionally, an insider alleged she might even “leave Harry hanging in the UK” if the right career opportunity appeared.

RadarOnline noted that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to Britain two months earlier. However, an insider claimed Harry viewed that move as “the beginning of a permanent new chapter.” The source said he feared his wife might see Britain as somewhere she could “dip in and out of.”
Meanwhile, Harry reportedly worried a major Hollywood offer could push their UK plans aside. The insider described his “nightmare scenario” as establishing roots in England while Meghan was “increasingly drawn back” to Hollywood.
More specifically, a royal source claimed Meghan “still has enormous ambitions in the entertainment industry.” The insider said she believed there was “unfinished business” in becoming “a serious Hollywood player.” Additionally, they claimed she would not reject a “potentially career-defining opportunity” because it complicated their British arrangements. The source stressed this did not necessarily mean acting.
Meghan also reportedly “fancies herself as a producer.” Still, Harry was said to support her professional goals. The insider argued there was a difference between supporting them and Meghan spending “months at a time in Los Angeles.”
For context, the former “Suits” actress had already returned to acting with “Close Personal Friends.” Meghan described filming her cameo as “a lot of fun” during a January Variety interview. Separately, earlier talks involving Netflix’s “The Gentlemen” reportedly ended without a deal.
However, RadarOnline’s source claimed lucrative Hollywood work could still be “extremely hard” for Meghan to reject. The insider went further, alleging she would “leave Harry hanging in the UK” to pursue her career. They described Meghan as “relentlessly focused on her career, brand and profile.” Harry, by contrast, allegedly preferred UK country life.
