Prince William and Kate Middleton had a major decision about Prince George’s school, sources claim

According to a report by CloserOnline, a source said Kate Middleton didn’t agree much with Prince William’s decision about Prince George’s schooling. George entered Eton College this month, following in the footsteps of his father, William, who also attended the esteemed institution. However, it was revealed that Middleton was initially not happy with George going to Eton. The source told the outlet that the couple has been on the same page when discussing their children’s education.

They said, “William sees Eton as the beginning of an exciting adventure, because that was his experience. But he and Kate have had tense words, because his instinct is to just say George will be fine. Kate knows that.” However, the source suggests that despite William’s reassurance, Middleton wants him to “understand that she doesn’t feel fine.” The source claimed that Middleton was prepared to compromise because she understood the considerations involved in choosing a school for George, who is second in line to the throne.

The source also claimed that the decision had “devastated” Middleton and that George’s move was more emotional for her than expected. Prince George is now a boarder at Eton and will be home only during holidays and a few weekends. Middleton was aware of how Eton works, but George being away from home has turned out to be “more emotional than she anticipated.” On his first day, William and Middleton accompanied George to campus.
