A new update related to The Hunting Party Season 2 has surfaced, which will excite fans of Manifest. Josh Dallas, who co-starred alongside series lead Melissa Roxburgh in the latter series, will reunite with her and guest star in the eighth episode. Notably, in Manifest, Dallas and Roxburgh essayed siblings, Michaela “Mick” and Ben Stone, both of whom disappeared on Flight 828 and returned five years later, following which they worked to reintegrate themselves into a society that had moved on without them.
Manifest’s Melissa Roxburgh and Josh Dallas will reunite in an episode of The Hunting Party
Melissa Roxburgh confirmed in an appearance on TODAY that her Manifest co-star Josh Dallas will appear in The Hunting Party Season 2 Episode 8. The actress revealed that she harbored a wish for Dallas to appear in the series, saying she “fought for [his appearance] for a while.”
Dallas will portray Elliot Carr, aka Connecticut Cobbler, in the episode. His character description states that he is “a master craftsman and high-end shoemaker who specialized in extraordinary custom shoes made from only the rarest and most exotic of leathers — think alligator, rhino and people, skinning his victims alive.” The description continues, “Fresh off his escape from the Pit, Elliot is on the loose and making a whole new set of kicks, this time with a twist” (via Variety).
Dallas is one of several guest stars expected to appear in The Hunting Party Season 2. The other guest stars confirmed for the series so far are:
- Eric McCormack and his son Finnigan McCormack, who appeared in the premiere as Ron Simms and his younger self.
- Niecy Nash-Betts as Detective Erica Burke (Episode 2)
- Elizabeth Gillies as Amanda Weiss (Episode 4)
- Kelsey Grammer as Noah Cyrus (Episode 5)
- Jefferson White as Lou Kaplan (Episode 6)
The Hunting Party Season 2 airs new episodes every Thursday on NBC and streams the following day on Peacock.
