If you’ve survived narcissistic abuse, you’re not alone. It’s chilling how similar survivors experiences really are. Behind closed doors, it’s always the same playbook. Control, isolation, rage, manipulation, walking on eggshells, cognitive dissonance, feeling like the only person in the world that can be experiencing what you are. But I promise, God sees everything and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You are far stronger than you think. Love is always still real, even if what you’re experiencing right now is abuse, not love. ??? #inyour20s #narcissisticabuse #survivors #abuseawareness #abuserecovery

Billy Ray Cyrus has received allegations of “narcissistic abuse” from his ex-wife, Firerose, after they parted ways in 2024. The “Hannah Montana” actor was married to Firerose for little more than a year. He is currently in a romantic relationship with actor-model Elizabeth Hurley.

The new TikTok video shared by the Australian singer displayed a set of photos of herself. In the meantime, the text written over the clip read, “In your 20s, you’ll meet a 49-year-old man who convinces you you’re his soulmate.” After that, a series of loved-up pictures of the Fireeose with Billy Ray Cyrus appeared in the video.

Further, one of the stills also showcased the ex-couple’s wedding photo. At that time, the text on the clip read, “It is very important you do not believe him.” The video concluded with different clips of Firerose breaking down in tears.

Meanwhile, in the TikTok video’s caption, Firerose shared a message for her fans while recounting her own experience. She began by writing, “If you’ve survived narcissistic abuse, you’re not alone.” The singer continued, “It’s chilling how similar survivors experiences really are.”

Firerose further penned, “Behind closed doors, it’s always the same playbook. Control, isolation, rage, manipulation, walking on eggshells, cognitive dissonance, feeling like the only person in the world that can be experiencing what you are.” However, towards the end, she shared words of hope. It read, “But I promise, God sees everything and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.” “You are far stronger than you think.”
