Page Six confirmed the engagement news through sources after Hurley showed off a large diamond ring. The English actress and model is currently filming The ‘Burbs, but one source told the outlet, “I hardly think this ring is a prop.” Cyrus also appeared to hint at the news in an Instagram post shared Thursday. He included a ring emoji while talking about his plans and new music.
In the post, Cyrus wrote, “This is the most fertile solid ground I have stood on in a long time.” He was promoting his new single, “Party’s in the Back,” with Deltona. He also mentioned an upcoming show with NASCAR in Phoenix. “I’m so excited for the show this weekend teaming up with NASCAR in Phoenix !!! Kinda has a ring ? to it,” he added.
The couple first met while filming the 2022 holiday movie Christmas in Paradise. They reconnected in February 2025 and made their relationship public on Easter Sunday that year. Their romance drew attention because of their different backgrounds.
Earlier this month, Hurley discussed their relationship on the SheerLuxe podcast. “There are a lot more similarities than you’d think,” she said. She also joked, “We have the same hair. Identical hair. Apart from his beard, we’re actually like twins.” Hurley admitted that they make an “unlikely pairing in some ways,” but said they have “quite similar lives” and share many similarities.
