SmileSimplicity Gets Your Teeth Back on Their Feet

Most people aren’t exactly sure whether they truly love their smile or not. They only know that it’s the smile they’ve had their whole life and, so it usually kinda “is what it is.” Whether you were a braces kid, or your parents allowed you to have all the junk food and candy your heart desired, there might be something you would like to change so you can smile even bigger and broader than before.

Gain without the Pain

The first thing that comes to mind when you begin to think about the dentist is usually pain. If we’re thinking about cosmetic dentistry, that just might make you cringe. The good news is there’s no need to as my recent experience with SmileSimplicity showed. It’s a story I could tell over and over again. In fact, every time I smile, the story almost tells itself.

You may have heard that getting porcelain veneers is a lengthly, painful process. If you’re not up on the latest and greatest in health, wellness and dental grooming, that very well may be your experience. So, let me save you a bit of anguish and introduce you to Smile Simplicity. It’s a simple, completely reversible procedure since it leaves your natural teeth intact, (although I can’t imagine why your would want to reverse it). The process transforms crooked, discolored or simply imperfect teeth into a dazzlingly beautiful smile that any man or woman can appreciate. The procedure doesn’t requite shorts or drilling of any kind and there is no removal of sensitive tooth structure.

What is SmileSimplicity?

SmileSimplicity Porcelain Veneers are ultra-strong, translucent yet thin, custom designed shields placed directly over your teeth. The porcelain veneers are made to mimic the natural tooth. It’s a very natural experience and an extremely conservative way to cosmetically fix your teeth. I know because I’ve tried it first hand. This procedure was created by Dr. Robert Ibsen, DDS, OD and I had the pleasure of experiencing his technique through the skilled and trained hands of Dr. Nusblatt, personally trained by Dr. Ibsen.

The key: Dr Nusblatt says is “Taking a really good impression and the lab that creates the overlays is extremely important as well.”

Easy as 1, 2, 3

Although I didn’t have any majors problems with my teeth, in my adult years the gap I had braces to close in my adolescent years returned. I began to embrace it as a perfectly, imperfect part of my life because I saw it as more of a unique trait. Eventually, one small chip and a desire to have a brighter smile, led me to SmileSimplicity and it really was quite simple. After the initial assessment, there were only 5 pieces to the puzzle.

  • Take an impression of the natural teeth to send to the lab.
  • Two weeks of professional teeth whitening.
  • Choose the perfect color for personally designed shields to match newly whitened teeth.
  • Buffing and contouring of teeth.
  • Apply porcelain shields using chemicals to make it all stick.
