Kids Steal Wind Chime, Leave Behind A Tearjerker Of A Note

Once in a while, when we aren’t posting stuff about boobs, people who hook up with animals, or teacher and student sexual adventures, we post feel good stories. I’m talking about punch right in the gut type of stories. We’ve shared stuff like that Oregon woman who had her car stolen, but then returned with gas money. Or like that dude whose stolen car was returned because of a simple note he had in his glove compartment. But now we have to share this story.

It all began when a Washington woman named Chrissy Marie had her wind chime stolen from her front porch. And sure, that’s crummy, but left behind was a note and five bucks. And now Chrissy wants to find these kids simply to give them their money back.

Here’s the note thanks to Facebook.

Here it is blown up for you all.

It reads:

I am sorry that we stold [sic] your wind chime our mom died and liked butterflies so my sister took it to put by her window. I am sorry this is the only money I have please do not be mad at us. Jake”

Holy hell, right in the damn feels.

Chrissy explained to local news KING 5 that she understands because she lost her own mom when she was young, and she just wants to give the kids their money back, as well as buy them another wind chime.

Here’s hoping Chrissy finds these kids, and here’s hoping you felt sad reading this because if you didn’t you aren’t a human.
