The man, identified as 22-year-old Malice Sutton (yes, that’s his real first name), used gasoline and a lighter to light vehicles ablaze. Dressed in all black, Sutton torched away while people nearby whipped out their phones to catch footage of the crazy person doing crazy person things.
Altogether, this jackass set fire to 13 cars before he was wrangled by “some dude” in a loud Hawaiian shirt. The hero chased the pyromaniac into a Starbucks and dragged him down. He got help from another guy with what looks like a two-by-four.
Magnum P.I. and Hacksaw Jim Duggan saved the day, as some of you ’80s babies would know.

Police later arrested and charged Sutton with arson to property of others, arson to property, possession of incendiary material, and assault with a weapon. We’re hoping they also charge him with being a complete asshole.
Luckily, no one was injured in the incident, even though some of the vehicles were lit while people drove them. They can thank shirt guy and wood guy for taking down this nut job. It’s heroes like this that deserve all the praise.
