Alert! If you’re eating an average Little Caesars pizza and don’t end up with severe gastrointestinal issues you’re probably an alien. And if you’re eating an average Little Caesars pizza from Indianapolis then, well, you may simply be eating poop.

Just ask Johnathan McNeil.

“I really just lost my mind. I couldn’t believe that they sold me a pizza with mouse poop on the bottom of it,” the Indiana man told a local news crew this week.

Yup. They ordered a ‘hot n’ ready’ pizza from the pizza chain and when they opened the box and attempted to dig-in, they found dozens of little surprises baked into the crust.

“We immediately knew what it was,” said McNeil’s girlfriend, Star Carter.

McNeil said he returned to the restaurant to demand an explanation.

“All of them were looking at my pizza dumbfounded as if they didn’t know what’s going on,” said McNeil, “I said ‘That’s mouse doo-doo on the bottom of my pizza.’”

McNeil said he called IMPD who arrived on the scene and suggested he contact the Marion County Health Department. An inspector initiated an emergency inspection, which resulted in the business license being suspended.

Here’s the full story.

And of course the reactions on social media were the absolute best:

Unfortunately, upon a follow-up inspection by the health department, the ‘restaurant’ was able to re-open the next day. Even though the store allegedly cleaned up, the local news reported that inspection reports dating back to last August show the business has been battling off mice for months.

“I just don’t see how a business can sell people mice poop and be back open the next day,” said McNeil.

I think I’m going to stick to burgers for awhile.
