The controversy surrounding ex-prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor seems to have added yet another dynamic to it following the release of a particular photo in the files linked to the convicted child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. A recently published image appears to show a lookalike of Andrew at one of the late financier’s residences, with a woman seated on his lap.
Ex-Prince Andrew seemingly appears in new Epstein files
A new picture from the Epstein files has surfaced on the internet that seems to strengthen the links shared between the controversial businessman and the former Duke of York.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the highly pixelated photograph shows a man who bears a striking resemblance to ex-prince Andrew, sitting on a couch in Jeffrey Epstein’s New York City house. Also present in the image is an unidentified woman, sitting on what looks like the former royalty’s lap, who appears to be clutching her waist from the back.
Notably, yet another pixelated photo shows the same man with another woman, who stands behind him with her arms wrapped around his neck. The pictures in question are among several documents that the United States Department of Justice has released in relation to the ongoing investigation into Epstein and his activities.
Despite the resemblance, authorities have yet to officially confirm that the man in the photos is indeed Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. However, as per reports, he allegedly visited Epstein’s Manhattan house in December 2010.
The release of the controversial photograph comes in the wake of the arrest of the younger brother of King Charles III. Officials took the Falklands War veteran into custody on February 19 on suspicion of misconduct in public office. Nevertheless, they ultimately released the former prince from jail after 11 hours at the Thames Valley police station.
Due to his connection to the disgraced Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was previously stripped of his titles and asked to leave the Royal Lodge in Windsor. More recently, a plethora of London-based exclusive private members’ clubs have blacklisted him, with the likes of the Savage Club reportedly also revoking his Honorary Life Membership.
