Boy, that guy who got legally canned after missing his sales goal by a mere $400 bucks must really feel like a piece of shit now.

People sure do love their porn. I mean, why else would they offer everyone’s favorite dude of the week, Ken Bone a porn gig? And why would someone leave porn on a fridge at Home Depot? Because porn makes the world go round. Just ask the dude in this story.

Dude Sues Employer After Getting Fired For Downloading Porn At Work And…WINS

According to The Daily Dot, an Australian man who was fired by his employer after they caught him downloading and watching porn on his work-issued laptop recently sued the company for wrongful termination, and son of a bee sting, it appears as though the lad won his case.

Commissioner Ian Cambridge acknowledged that the man did indeed download and watch smut films of himself and others on his work-issued equipment and such behavior was “inappropriate,” but his employer, Smarter Insurance Brokers, did not have a specific policy in place in regards to what is and what is not acceptable when it comes to employees using that equipment.

He also”took into account that the manager appeared to have only downloaded pornographic material on three occasions.”

Therefore, Commissioner Cambridge determined that Smarter Insurance Brokers had no right to terminate the guy over the skin flicks, regardless of whether or not the perv downloaded them or watched them while he was on the clock, and ordered them to pay the man $10,000 in damages.

So if you’re keeping score at home, make sure if you’re downloading tit flicks at work, you only do it a maximum of three times.
