Meet Your New Favorite Woman on the Internet | Jocelyn Chew
Jocelyn Chew is perhaps best known for her appearance on The Face, a modeling contest in which she was coached by Naomi Campbell and emerged as one of the series’ 12 finalists. However, after concluding her stint on the show Jocelyn’s career hasn’t showed any signs of slowing down, as this half-Chinese, half-Icelandic beauty has managed to amass a huge online following and a number of high-profile jobs.
The 21-year-old began her modeling career at the young age of 16, traveling around the world before finally landing in New York, the city that she now calls home. After having grown up on a small farm in Canada, Jocelyn developed a love of extreme sports in her rural surroundings, yet began to branch out into the modeling world in her teens and has since modeled for the likes of GQ, American Eagle and O’Neill.
Jocelyn has continued to propel her career forward using her sizable online following, having garnered an impressive 235,000 followers on Instagram. Outside of modeling, she has also expressed an interest in fashion and photography, having previously stated that she wants to remain in the fashion industry for the foreseeable future, even after her photoshoot days are over.
Though Jocelyn eventually made it through to the top six on The Face, she was beat out by season 1 winner Devyn Abdullah, but that’s hardly impeded what looks set to be a bright future for the young model.
