James Arthur Cancels All Commitments Following Homophobic Rap

Round-headed walking PR disaster James Arthur has cancelled all future commitments due to alleged “acute exhaustion”, which coincidentally comes after the uproar that surrounded him branding London-based rapper Micky Worthless a “f***ing queer” in a diss track.

Arthur’s comments raised the ire of comedians Matt Lucas and Frankie Boyle, who both took to Twitter to state their disapproval of (or, in Boyle’s case, ridicule) his idiotic comments, and his former fellow X Factor participant and singer/songwriter Lucy Spraggan joined in, too, posting a few incriminating texts Arthur had sent to her via her Twitter account.

A statement posted on Arthur’s Facebook page said: “Unfortunately James Arthur has been diagnosed with acute exhaustion and instructed to rest for several days by his doctor.

“Regretfully, he has been forced to cancel all engagements during this period. James would like to apologise to his fans for any disappointment caused to them by these cancellations and he hopes to get back to full health as soon as possible.”

James Arthur is one of the more loathsome characters to have spawned from Simon Cowell’s talent show, and seems to be determined to shorten the length of his burgeoning career by any means possible.
