Despite wearing a gas mask around London yesterday, Justin Bieber collapsed backstage during a show in London last night because he couldn’t breathe. Yet he somehow managed to finish the show and tweet from the hospital afterwards. This, of course, comes two days after he showed up two hours late to another show and the crowd booed him. I’m sure these two have no correlation whatsoever. E! reports:
During his performance Thursday, the 19-year-old briefly passed out onstage after experiencing shortness of breath. Following a quick break backstage, where he was administered oxygen, the pop star returned to finish the show, despite a doctor’s recommendation that he cancel the remainder of the concert. Eyewitnesses told E! News that fans in attendance showed their tremendous support for Bieber, cheering him on and chanting his name throughout. Justin Bieber concert collapse: Fans “were cheering him on and chanting his name” Hours later, the “Boyfriend” crooner took to Twitter to give everyone a heads-up on his condition, posting a shirtless photo of himself while wearing headphones and resting up on a hospital bed at The London Center, the largest independent private hospital in the UK, located in the heart of London’s world-famous medical district.
Poor guy. He loses his girlfriend, a crowd turns on him, and then he collapses unseen backstage and receives millions of messages for support after going to the hospital and posing for Playgirl. I can’t wait until his next show where he rescues a drowning puppy on stage or goes backstage and stops a bank robbery.
