Real Housewives of Charlotte rumors are heating up after an intriguing casting call surfaced in Charlotte. The notice seeks affluent women with large personalities in the area. However, neither Bravo nor Shed Media has confirmed a new show.
A new Charlotte casting call is fueling speculation about a potential Real Housewives series
Casting director Rebecca Ringley posted the notice on Instagram this Monday. She sought “Charlotte’s most fabulous women” for an unspecified production. The call requested affluent women with “enormous personalities” in Charlotte.
Applicants can contact Shed Media, the company behind the casting call. However, as Charlotte Observer noted, the notice does not identify the production as Real Housewives. That uncertainty has left fans wondering whether Bravo could be involved.
Ringley’s Instagram bio lists work on several reality television franchises. Her credits include Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Orange County. She also has experience with 90 Day Fiancé.
The casting call has revived Real Housewives of Charlotte speculation. News personality Morgan Paige highlighted possible clues about Charlotte. She discussed Andy Cohen‘s comments about potential new cities.
Cohen has teased expanding the franchise into new locations. Paige pointed to those comments as another possible clue about Charlotte. Still, those remarks did not confirm a Charlotte Housewives series.
Bravo and NBC have not confirmed the casting call’s purpose. Shed Media has not said whether the notice involves Real Housewives. For now, the franchise connection remains speculation rather than an announcement.
Bravo has shown renewed interest in Charlotte through another reality franchise. Top Chef filmed its 23rd season in the city last fall. That production added another connection between Charlotte and Bravo.
The latest notice offers an intriguing clue for Charlotte Housewives fans. The notice seeks “affluent women with enormous personalities” in the Charlotte area. Yet the production company has not identified the project.
Viewers will have to wait for more casting details. No Real Housewives project in Charlotte has been officially announced. Until then, Charlotte remains surrounded by speculation.
