Chrishell Stause announces split with G Flip
Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause revealed her breakup with Australian musician G Flip in a tearful Instagram video. The couple had been together for over four years. Stause shared the news on Monday, telling followers she had “a pretty humbling” update.
“We have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other,” Stause said. She added that the decision was difficult because of her deep feelings. “I am in love with this person and I don’t have all the information or the reasons,” she continued.
The former Netflix reality star also expressed vulnerability about the situation. “I feel like a little bit of a failure. There’s nothing you can say about me that would be worse than what I say to myself,” Stause shared. She acknowledged her need to process the breakup privately going forward.
Despite the pain, Stause reflected positively on the relationship. “Maybe you don’t miss, maybe these are the life and seasons you’re meant to have with people,” she said. She also described the time they spent together as “amazing” and refused to label it a failure.
Stause first confirmed her relationship with G Flip in 2022 after appearing in their music video. The couple tied the knot in May 2023, and Stause announced the news on Instagram. Before G Flip, Stause married actor Justin Hartley, but the pair split in 2019.
In her closing remarks, Stause expressed lasting affection for her estranged partner. “I will love G and I don’t ever really see that changing,” she said. She wished happiness for both of them as they navigate separate paths ahead.
