According to The Sun UK, Lopez continued performing “Ain’t It Funny” after cutting her forearm onstage during her Up All Night Tour. Despite the visible injury, she finished the song before attending to the wound.

A TikTok video shared from the event appeared to show blood on Lopez’s arm as she stayed focused on the performance. The Hustlers star reportedly tended to the cut only after finishing the song.

A fan who shared the video wrote, “JLo literally cut her arm on stage and kept performing like the queen she is…” According to fans, Lopez may have cut herself on her crystal-covered costume while dancing earlier in the performance.

Jennifer Lopez has built a successful music career alongside her acting work, selling more than 80 million records worldwide. Her major hits include “If You Had My Love,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “Jenny from the Block,” and “On the Floor.”

Lopez recently launched her Up All Night Tour, her first major concert tour in several years. The tour features a career-spanning setlist and high-energy performances for audiences across Europe and beyond.

This is not the first time Lopez has continued performing despite an onstage mishap. The singer and actress has previously dealt with wardrobe malfunctions, technical issues, and physically demanding choreography without stopping her performances.

For instance, she suffered a facial injury during rehearsals for the American Music Awards in 2024. She has also experienced wardrobe mishaps, including her skirt falling off during a concert. Lopez has repeatedly continued performing despite unexpected onstage incidents.
