Jax Taylor’s Brand Deal Drama Takes Center Stage in Brittany Court War

The legal conflict between Jax Taylor and estranged wife Brittany Cartwright has taken another dramatic turn.

Reportedly, Taylor has submitted an email that he claims supports his allegations about Cartwright’s behavior since their split.

Jax Taylor says an email shows why one potential partnership did not move forward

According to TMZ, Taylor presented the email in court as evidence supporting his claims against Cartwright. He claimed Cartwright has made his life difficult since she filed for divorce in Aug. 2024.

The email has the subject line “Jax X Carpe Collaboration Overview.” Taylor cited it while discussing a business deal that did not move forward.

He claimed Cartwright’s remarks contributed to the company’s decision to cancel a potential partnership with him. A rep for the company wrote an email to his girlfriend and publicist Lori Kerbs detailing the decision.

“First of all, we’re so thankful for the support and commitment Jax has shown to Carpe both as a fan and a partner!” the rep said. They added, “I spoke with the team, and we ultimately decided that endorsing his post isn’t in our best interest at this time. We’re aware of the buzz surrounding his name right now, and would prefer to pursue partnerships that don’t complicate our business position.”

They continued, “We’re still totally open to collaborating in the future; it just doesn’t feel like the right move for us right now.”

The “Vanderpump Rules” and “The Valley” stars have remained locked in a legal dispute since their split. They have fought over custody, finances, and property. They have also traded allegations of misconduct.

Although they reached a joint custody agreement for their son, Cruz, in 2026, their divorce remains unresolved. The conflict recently escalated after Cartwright obtained a temporary restraining order against Taylor, alleging abuse and threats. Taylor has disputed those allegations. The newly submitted email now adds another point of contention to the former couple’s ongoing legal battle.
