Almost two decades after the legendary singer-songwriter’s passing, the world is about to witness his nephew, Jaafar Jackson, bring the King of Pop to life on the big screen in the upcoming biographical musical drama. The trailer has garnered rave reactions from fans. One of them even shared the “Absolute cinema” meme reaction image, edited to feature the “Thriller” singer.

In the years since Michael Jackson’s demise, his musical journey has inspired numerous biopics. However, the new one might be the most groundbreaking so far since it stars his own nephew, who has not only nailed his voice but also his mannerisms. This has left fans thrilled to witness the real-life story once again.
Fans flooded X (formerly Twitter) with their thoughts. Some even joked that the audience would start dancing when the music started playing in the theaters. Referring to Jaafar Jackson’s performance, user @Upendra_0326 commented, “The way he moves… that is genetic memory. You can’t teach that level of precision. We are witnessing a resurrection.”
