In Sibenik, Croatia, a female customer at McDonald's began having severe chest pains, and fell over. Her husband called for an ambulance, but the woman died from the heart attack before paramedics could arrive. Attention all KFC lovers and sandwich enthusiasts: There's a new burger in town. And by burger we mean chicken patty. And by town we mean the Philippines only. But still. KFC has introduced a new sandwich to its lineup, a chicken patty topped with garlic parmesan dressing and a bun with a slice of American cheese melted on top. It's called the Cheese Top Burger, and it looks awesome. KFC's Facebook page says it's the "first and only cheese-topped bun burger." Other than the burger part, we believe it.
