We all love the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. Hell, we even love the NHL whenever they decide to play. But for every sports league that stands the test of time, dozens more fall into the dustbin of history, never to be seen again. It takes a tremendous amount of money to launch a league, so these failures are pretty serious business.
