Each of the big publishers have finished their press conferences, and now E3 2014 is underway with all its mayhem. As with any E3, there are a ton of games at the show. We’ve sifted through all of them to come up with what we think are the 50 games you should know about.

Assassin's Creed: Unity (Ubisoft)
Ubisoft has gone to the drawing board, and this year Assassin's Creed will meet next-gen in style. Co-operative play is a huge part of Assassin's Creed: Unity, and so is its Paris setting which is supposedly larger than the entirety of Black Flag's map.

Alien: Isolation (SEGA)
Alien: Isolation is one of only two horror games on the list. We've never seen a stellar Alien video game before, but we think this may be the one.
It'll support Oculus Rift at launch. Aliens and virtual reality? Sounds like a nightmare for the brave hearted.

Batman: Arkham Knight (Warner Bros)
Batman gets a batmobile this time around. Also, the open-world environment is a lot more interesting. We may have a hit on our hands.

Bayonetta 2 (Nintendo)
Bayonetta has remained one of the most well-received beat em ups ever. Bayonetta 2 looks to carry the torch, this time on the child friendly Wii U.
The combat has seen some refinement, and bosses are larger in scale this go around.

Bloodborne (From Software)
No, this isn't the Demon's Souls that people were expecting, but it's a From Software game and it looks great. The trailer was dark and caught our attention immediately.

Civilization: Beyond Earth (2K)
Civilization has always been an addictive franchise, and Beyond Earth is going to take that experience to outer space. Prepare for another 100 hours of strategic entertainment.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (Activision)
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is the next-gen's first proper Call of Duty game. It's going to have a huge single-player campaign with sci-fi elements. Really, it looks like a solid evolution for the franchise.

Crackdown (Microsoft)
Microsoft actually showed two open-world exclusives at its E3 Press Conference: Sunset Overdrive and Crackdown. Crackdown was a new announcement, and showed fans of the franchise what the Xbox One can do to revitalize one of the 360's more memorable exclusives.

Dead Island 2 (Deep Silver)
Gamers like zombies, and Deep Silver responded. The debut trailer showed no gameplay, but gave the impression that this is going to be a wacky game with tons of zombie limbs flying around.

Destiny (Activision)
Destiny won many accolades last year for having great pre-release demonstrations. At this year's E3 it showed tons of promise with some story introduced and its massive world uncovered.

Dragon Age: Inquisition (EA)
Dragon Age 2 fumbled, but Inquisition is going back to the series' roots. It has more strategic gameplay, and is taking strides to make sure that your choices in the narrative feel impactful.

Evolve (2K)
Did you enjoy Left 4 Dead? Then you should love this. Developed by the same studio, it's a co-operative game with aliens and tons of weapons.

Fable Legends (Lionhead Studios)
Built on the Unreal Engine, Fable Legends is most interested in not only bringing the world of Fable to life, but making it a multiplayer experience. A beta will be available later in the year.

Far Cry 4 (Ubisoft)
Far Cry 4 is going big. Set in the Himalayas, the sense of adventure and detail is being turned up a notch over previous releases. Oh, and you can ride an elephant. Where else can you do that?

Forza Horizon 2 (Turn 10)
Forza Horizon was a great game, and an excellent example of how a racing simulator can be ushered to an open-world environment. With weather, over 200 cars, and a highly detailed world, Forza Horizon 2 just might become the best racing game of 2014.

Grand Theft Auto V Next-Gen (2K)
Let's be real here, the PS3 and Xbox 360 struggled to run the masterpiece that was Grand Theft Auto V. The PS4, Xbox One, and PC won't have that problem. Color us excited.

Grim Fandango Remastered (TBA)
Grim Fandango was one of the best games of the 90s, and it's being remastered for the modern world. How cool is that?

Halo 5: Guardians (Microsoft)
Little was shown of Halo 5: Guardians, but we know we'll be able to play it later this year in a beta. Get hyped.

Halo: The Master Chief Collection (Microsoft)
Four of the best console shooters of all time? Check. 1080p? Check. Untouched engine? Check. Remaster touches on Halo 2? Check.
This just might end up being the best HD collection ever made.

Homefront 2: The Revolution (Deep Silver)
The first Homefront had an intriguing premise, Korea invades North America. While it didn't execute as well as it could have, Deep Silver is going for a second swing with Homefront 2. It just might be epic.

Hyrule Warriors (Nintendo)
What would happen if Nintendo and Dynasty Warriors had a baby? Hyrule Warriors.
You can run around as Link destroying enemies in waves. Why wouldn't you want to play this?

Inside (Microsoft)
Inside was the indie game Microsoft highlighted during its press conference. It looked interesting, but deserves attention merely for the fact that it's being made by the same team that made LIMBO.

Kingdom Hearts 2.5 ReMIX (Square Enix)
Kingdom Hearts 1.5 was gosh darn good. This remaster of Kingdom Hearts 2 is a game that will also likely be gosh darn good.

Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris (Square Enix)
Four player co-op in a Tomb Raider game is sweet in and of itself. Square Enix is really enjoying this franchise after the success of the last release.

LittleBigPlanet 3 (Sony)
Originally developed as LittleBigPlanet Hub, the game has been given another year of development time to toss in some new characters with unique mechanics, and support the PS4 while it's at it. That's enough to make it an instant-buy for me.

Madden NFL 15 (EA)
I wouldn't normally put an annual sports release on here, but Madden is trying very hard this iteration and for that it deserves a spot. You've got yourself a completely overhauled defensive gameplay system, a much improved presentation, and new animations to make tackles feel more powerful than ever before.

Mass Effect 4 (EA)
Don't get your hopes up, we won't be playing this for at least another two years. However, it's Mass Effect freaking 4.
The game won't be starring Commander Shephard, and will run on the impressive Frostbite 3 engine.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (Konami)
Big Boss is one cool dude, and that was made immediately clear during the E3 2014 trailer. With an open-world and tons of content to explore, this could just be the best Metal Gear game yet, and that's saying a lot.

Mirror's Edge 2 (EA)
Parkour like never before with new tricks up your sleeve. Oh, and that clunky combat? It's being reworked so you actually want to knock enemies out.

Mortal Kombat X (Warner Bros)
Fatalities deserve only the best graphics, and this is the best looking Mortal Kombat yet.

NHL 15 (EA)
Bear with me here. Madden 15 is on the list, and so is NHL 15, and both for good reason.
Hockey has been blowing up with popularity in the United States, and that goes really well with the release of new consoles. New collision physics, puck physics, authentic arenas, and dynamic cloth technology make this a really impressive showpiece.

No Man's Sky (Hello Games)
What makes No Man's Sky such a stand out game is the fact that it's immensely ambitious despite having a small team of developers. It'll have a procedurally generated world where everyone has a world of their own, and there are no boundaries. Made better, you can visit friends and fly around together. See you in space!

Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire (Nintendo)
These are two of the best Pokemon games ever, and they're bring remastered for the 3DS. 'Nuff said.

Scalebound (Microsoft)
Platinum Games is being tossed around everywhere for exclusive games. In the case of Scalebound, the Xbox One has won itself a Monster Hunter esque game with tons of flavor.

Sonic Boom (SEGA)
Sonic is back and means business. Sonic Boom is a prequel to the stories in the upcoming TV series, and looks like a fast-paced blast.

Splatoon
Revealed during Nintendo's Digital Event, this is a brand-new IP with tons of potential. It looks fun, colorful, and is, like many Nintendo games, a crowd-pleaser in local multiplayer settings.
It's a third-person action shooter that has up to 4v4 matches, and the goal is to get your ink on as much of the map as possible. It's chaotic and looks fun.

Star Fox (Nintendo)
Star Fox hasn't been officially announced, but was leaked earlier this morning. It appears to be a Wii U game with a new spin on Star Fox gameplay.

Star Wars Battlefront (EA)
Here's another game that is so early on in development that EA didn't feel comfortable showing a lot of it. However, it's a huge game made specifically for next-gen hardware. Oh, and it's Star Wars for crying out loud.

Sunset Overdrive (Microsoft)
Sunset Overdrive is the Xbox One's first open-world exclusive. It has hints of Jet Set Radio with its fleet-footed gameplay, and is another example of Insomniac's creativity when it comes to weapon design. Forget all those games that take themselves seriously, Sunset Overdrive is here to please.

Super Smash Bros. (Nintendo)
During the first day of E3 thousands of gamers duked it out in Super Smash Bros. on Wii U for a t-shirt prize. It has been a crowd-drawing game that could very well be one of this holiday season's most well-received games.
Today it was announced that you can import your Mii into the game, and then customize its combat style. So now you can play as yourself and kick butt under your own name.
Super Smash Bros. will come out on 3DS on October 3rd, presumably around two months before the Wii U release.

The Crew (Ubisoft)
Can you think of another game that recreates a large portion of the United State? I can't. In the E3 demo a time lapse of 90 minutes of driving from the West to East Coast was shown. It looked so good it instantly propelled itself into stardom.
Even better, you can create a crew with your friends and mark your territory. Now that's cool for an open-world racing game.

The Evil Within (Bethesda)
This game looks really creepy. In a way it reminds me of a Resident Evil game, but will surely be better than Resident Evil 6.

One of the last generation's greatest games is coming to PS4 this July 29th. Mark your calendar.

The Legend of Zelda Wii U (Nintendo)
Arguably the most discussed demo of E3 so far, The Legend of Zelda Wii U might not have an official title, but it's hot stuff. It has gorgeous cell-shaded graphics and is aiming for an environment that isn't linear unlike previous Zelda games.
It's been teased that the character depicted in the reveal trailer wasn't even Link. Begin the rumors.

The Order 1886 (Sony)
The first The Order 1886 demo was visually impressive. So was its E3 demo. Yup, this game is going to be some serious eye candy.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (Warner Bros)
The Witcher 2 had a huge map, but The Witcher 3's is a lot bigger. It's also got much better gameplay. Are you excited yet?

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege (Ubisoft)
The debut video for Rainbow Six Siege showed several counter-terrorists in a hostage rescue situation. It was intense, and frankly, the best thing at Ubisoft's Press Conference. Shame we won't be playing it for a while.

Tom Clancy's The Division (Ubisoft)
This is the most graphically impressive game I've seen at this year's E3. Oh, and it's a large-scale online game. I never thought the two would ever meet.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Sony ended their press conference with a trailer that rocked the gaming world. Uncharted 4 is undoubtedly going to be the best-looking game on the PS4. If you don't think so, go watch the trailer.

Xenoblade Chronicle's X (Nintendo)
The Xeno series has always been big, and X is going to up the ante with a huge open world environment. It's based around an intergalactic war where you control a small group of survivors against all odds. With mechs and powerful sci-fi technology, this is a hot game for 2015.
