Linda Lee, best known online as “Vampy Bit Me” or “Vampy” for short, is prolific in the world of cosplay. Having attended over 200 conventions from 2008 – 2013, she is one of the most well-known names in cosplay, having created and donned a variety of costumes resembling the likeness of fictional characters from X-Men’s Psylocke through to Street Fighter’s Chun-Li.
Born in Oklahoma, 32-year-old Lee is also of Vietnamese descent, and has lived in both London and Tokyo while she studied hairstyling. However, after returning to America she gained notoriety thanks to her dedication to her passion, and has amassed a large following of cosplay fans after starring in the Internet Just Cos with host Chloe Dykstra. Le is also a designer for the costume-making group Mantium Industries.
Racking up 182,000 followers on Instagram along with 64,000 followers on Twitter, Le’s star continues to rise in the cosplaying world, and while she may not be as widely known as the likes of Jessica Nigri just yet, she is certainly getting there.
