King Charles Slammed Over ‘Weak’ Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Decision — Report

A new report has suggested that King Charles is facing backlash as insiders call a recent decision of his “weak.” His stance involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle has reignited debate over his authority and leadership. The news comes amid the monarch’s Caribbean tour, which has already been in focus over slavery reparations, a formal apology, and the future of Commonwealth realms.

Royal biographer Tom Bower says King Charles has to ‘get rid’ of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

A royal expert has been of the view that King Charles is risking his legacy by permitting Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s return to the U.K. Biographer Tom Bower has sharply criticized the 77-year-old King, labeling him as “weak” and, standing by this opinion, he insisted that Charles should “tell them to leave.”

The statement came during Bower’s recent appearance on The Royalist podcast hosted by Tom Sykes. He emphasized that the public disapproves of the way Harry and Meghan are disrespecting the monarch.

Furthermore, the host claimed that the Britons see His Majesty extending a full royal welcome to his younger son, despite his non-working status. According to him, it appears as though Harry wants the benefits of being royal without bearing the responsibilities.

Skyes went on to say, “I mean that, fundamentally, this is turning into the really bad, legacy-defining decision of his reign, isn’t it? Allowing these two back, not doing anything to stop it, and not even expressing any dissatisfaction with the situation.”

Echoing that sentiment, Bower argued that Charles should expel the pair from Britain altogether. He said, “I think absolutely, because that’s the problem. He is weak.” The author noted that the monarch avoids conflict and carries deep guilt over neglecting Harry during his childhood, particularly after Princess Diana’s death. He even described the entire situation as a “great mess.”

The royal historian added, “He’s just got to make a decision. He’s got to decide to get rid of them. Tell them to leave. Make sure that they don’t believe that they can ever become royals here again. That is the agenda that the Palace has got to adopt, and the sooner the better.”
