Taylor Swift Ordered Wedding Decor Be ‘Burned to the Ground’ — Report

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding decor was reportedly “burned” after the ceremony. According to a recent report, the singer allegedly ordered the decorations to be “disposed” of, ensuring no trace of the event was left behind.

For those unfamiliar, the celebrity couple tied the knot in a private ceremony on July 3, 2026, at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Several A-listers reportedly attended the wedding, but neither the decorations nor photos of the newlyweds have surfaced online so far.

Taylor Swift’s wedding team reportedly ‘burned’ all of the wedding decor to not leave any ‘traces’

Taylor Swift allegedly ordered her wedding decor to be “burned” after she married Travis Kelce this July. A source told the Daily Mail exclusively that the singer’s team wanted to prevent the wedding set from being stolen. As a result, they allegedly instructed the crew to get rid of the decorations as soon as possible. “They didn’t want people to steal it and then auction it or sell it, so they just burned it all.”

Although the report clarified that Swift did not directly issue the order, her team reportedly made the decision. They distributed “leftover desserts” to fans who stayed within MSG’s perimeter late into the night during the wedding ceremony. However, the team allegedly did not want to risk leaving the event’s elaborate backdrop behind. Moreover, they reportedly wanted to ensure there were no “traces” left behind.

Meanwhile, the location where the wedding decor was disposed of remains unknown. “They had told us it was going to be incinerated, but I don’t know where they actually physically incinerated it,” the insider claimed.

Furthermore, the outlet reported that preparations for the wedding set began months before the big day. Given the time and effort involved in creating the elaborate setup, the decision to destroy it reportedly came as a surprise to the source. They said, “Eleven semi-trucks to transport cross-country and then just burn it all down was pretty wild just because you don’t want people [to have access to it].”
