Taylor Swift adds another accolade to her repertoire after the Seahawks’ bracelet dig. In their latest match, the Seattle Seahawks brutally defeated Travis Kelce‘s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, with a shocking score of 20–3. The Seahawks took a jab at Swift by handing out friendship bracelets to celebrate their win. Meanwhile, the 14-time Grammy winner celebrated a major career milestone, seemingly unbothered by the mockery.
Taylor Swift induced into Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame
Taylor Swift scores a massive career win as Travis Kelce’s team, the Kansas City Chiefs, lose to the Seattle Seahawks. On October 26, the “Lover” singer became the youngest artist ever to be inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame.
The “Opalite” crooner maintained her glamorous appearance in a deep burgundy velvet strapless mini dress adorned with crystals and intricate designs. Notably, as per PEOPLE, the dress was from Raisa Vanessa’s Fall-Winter 2026 Collection. She completed the look with purple stilettos, a gorgeous choker, tiny earrings, and an anklet. Swift appeared solo to receive her award and shared her appreciation for her contemporaries and fellow songwriters in a heartwarming speech.
Furthermore, the Grammy winner praised Nashville for laying the foundation for her songwriting career and helping shape her artistry.
Interestingly, this career win comes amid some trolling from her husband’s opposition team. The Seahawks took jabs at Swift, Kelce, and the Chiefs by flaunting friendship bands in green, white, and blue. The words on the friendship bands read “Seahawks Win.”
For those unversed, the pop star’s fans made custom bracelets during her Eras Tour. Concertgoers would share those bracelets with each other to flaunt their newfound friendship and admiration for the singer. Not only that, Kelce tried to give Swift a friendship bracelet with his number on it. However, he failed to do so. Nonetheless, the couple started dating and eventually got hitched.
The team’s official handle shared the post on Instagram with the caption: “End Game.” Notably, as per ESPN, it is the name of a track from her 2017 album Reputation.
One fan commented: “I’m a huge Swiftie and I cannot believe people are getting so worked up about it. I thought it was funny!”
