North West confirms her facial piercings are fake during TikTok Live
In a recent live stream with her mother, Kim Kardashian, 13-year-old North West addressed public concern regarding her edgy style. Reporting on the clip, PEOPLE shared that North confirmed her facial and body piercings are entirely fake. “Guys, these piercings are not real. I change them so much that you guys think it’s real,” North explained during the broadcast.
Kardashian chimed in during the stream to support her daughter’s creative expression. She clarified that North uses glue-on alternatives for her experimental looks rather than permanent modifications. However, North admitted that she hopes to get a real bridge piercing and cheek piercings when she grows older.
Beyond clarifying her piercings, North addressed harsh online criticism regarding her dark grills and gothic fashion choices. According to PEOPLE, online trolls previously labeled her experimental looks as “demonic.” North pushed back directly against the labeling during the broadcast. “Stop saying I’m demonic. No, I’m not. Just because I like to dress this way, don’t judge a book by its cover,” North stated. She added, “You guys know I’m not on that demon stuff. I believe in Jesus.”
Kardashian actively defended her daughter’s unique style, explaining that fashion serves as a fun creative outlet for her. She urged critics to stop jumping to extreme conclusions based on an aesthetic choice. By setting the record straight, North shut down rumors while standing up for her freedom of self-expression.
