North West just had a big career moment as she made her solo show debut at the Vic Theatre in Chicago. Celebrity news outlet Deuxmoi shared a video from the show, which captured both of North’s parents in attendance. The clip showed Kim Kardashian and Kanye West smiling and enjoying their 13-year-old daughter’s show. However, they kept their distance by staying on opposite sides of the balcony.
The reality star wore a sleeveless black dress and styled her long, dark hair in a slicked-back ponytail. Meanwhile, her ex-husband layered a tan jacket over a white tee. He complemented his look with a pair of brown-tinted shades as he watched his daughter perform on stage.
North, who is following in her musician father’s footsteps, showed off her skills with a performance of an unreleased sample of West’s “Coldest Winter.” She brought her distinctive sense of style to the show. She wore her long neon blue hair in high pigtails, complete with a lacy white bonnet.
Injecting a Labor Day-inspired twist into her look, she sported a white military-style jacket adorned with metallic buckles. She paired it with a white ruffled miniskirt and matching white boots, while her signature dermal piercings and a full face of glam added the finishing touches. The bejeweled black feather microphone she held also echoed her unique fashion sense.
Last month, Kardashian had a proud mom moment when North appeared on the cover of Dazed magazine. She shared a carousel of photos from the shoot, including a snap of the cover.
