Donald Trump’s Fixation on White House Pillar Raises Eyebrows

Donald Trump’s fixation on the White House pillar has caught netizens’ attention. On Monday, the president reportedly spent several minutes wandering around the columns. According to a viral video, he was seen speaking about a particular pillar while pointing at its base. Moreover, his actions have sparked speculation that the politician might be considering replacing them.

Donald Trump inspects White House pillar on Memorial Day in video

Donald Trump’s attention was diverted towards White House pillars when he returned from Arlington National Cemetery on Memorial Day. On May 25, several videos surfaced on social media in which the president was seen fixated on the columns. He was seemingly inspecting the stonework while walking from one side to the other of the pillar.

Although the clip was taken from afar, his expression was vaguely visible. He looked a bit tense or annoyed, presumably speaking about the columns that frame the White House’s entrance. It reportedly happened after Trump got out of his limo and was heading towards the entrance. In the video, he was pointing at the base of a pillar. Speculations were rife that he might be planning to replace the columns.

Earlier, on May 24, Trump made headlines for posting a photo collage on his Truth Social account. It featured Barack Obama and other politicians in prison jumpsuits. In the caption, he wrote, “This is a bad (Sick!) group of people. Very destructive to our great Nation. Caused tremendous damage through Weaponization! President DJT.”

Furthermore, the format of the collage resembled the opening title of the hit sitcom, “The Brady Bunch.” Instead of that, Trump’s version read, “The Shady Bunch.” Aside from Obama, the picture featured United Nations ambassador Samantha Power, diplomat Susan Rice, Obama’s former senior advisor Valerie Jarrett, retired Air Force lieutenant general James Clapper, ex-FBI director James Comey, ex-CIA director John Brennan, and White House staffer Ben “Hames” Rhodes. They were edited in orange prison jumpsuits.
