Two Female Cadets Suspended After Being Caught Making Out

Hey, some cops just want to have fun.

I guess cops sometimes want to shake things up, which is probably why the two NYC cops thought it would be OK to take pictures with topless women in Times Square — a decision that quickly led them to being transferred. But the women below weren’t topless, they were just making out, and they got a harsher punishment: They got suspended.

The two cadets, Carolina Gutierrez and Brenda del Hoyo were just happy about the fact that they were about to start celebrating their graduation party from Buenos Aires’s Metropolitan Police when they took a picture of themselves kissing. Of course they sent sent that photo to a friend, and then shit hit the fan.

Here’s the photo:

Nothing wrong with this at all.

Well, this photo went public somehow, and because of this the two cadets weren’t allowed inside the party and were then suspended.

“What they did was a big mistake, they were just trying to act tough and make an example of them,” Gutierrez said, as she plans to make a formal complaint about her suspension. The pair believe that this suspension is “unfair,” but this is what the Metropolitan Police had to say about their decision:

“It is forbidden to take pictures, record with the uniform and upload it to social networks. It is a serious fault and even more if the image of the metropolitan police is in any way brought into disrepute as a result,” adding that this decision was not made for “a sexual orientation problem, but following the rules of the academy.’

The only thing wrong with that photo was that I wasn’t invited. Hey-oh!
