Spotlight | Levi’s Made & Crafted Fall/Winter 2016

The name Levi’s is synonymous with denim. Since being founded in 1853, the brand lays claim as the inventor of the modern day jean (the core components haven’t changed a whole lot in over 100 years.) But what started as workwear for workmen has evolved into a household name, a product line with something for everyone in the household, and, more recently, an investment in taking that tradition to a very stylish place.

Levi’s Made & Crafted line takes a modern day approach to making all the classics that men and women love, but with updated technologies, fabrics, and treatments. An elevated attention is paid to the finishes and details, while the fabrics are made at some of the best mills in the world – spanning the US, Italy, and Japan.
Fall/Winter 2016 takes it’s color guide from nature – with lots of browns and neutrals, often shown layered with one another (head-to-toe taupe is having it’s heyday.) Of course, there is a comprehensive denim lineup, with current silhouettes, like the Ruler Straight Leg Jeans (available in three washes), or the Shuttle Taper Jeans (available in five).
