Elden Henson Is Foggy Nelson In Marvel’s ‘Daredevil’ Series

Back in 2003, future Iron Man director Jon Favreau played Franklin “Foggy” Nelson in the Daredevil feature film. Now, a new Foggy has been cast for Marvel’s upcoming “Daredevil” series on Netflix.

Marvel and Netflix have jointly announced that Elden Henson has signed on to “Daredevil” as Foggy Nelson, the best friend of Matt Murdock and his legal partner in a small law firm.

“Elden plays one of the most important characters in the world of ‘Marvel’s Daredevil,’” said Marvel Head of Television, Jeph Loeb. “And we’re thrilled to see Foggy Nelson brought to life by such an incredibly talented actor. He perfectly captures the heart and soul of this series, bringing an added resonance to Matt Murdock’s fight against the injustice in their great city.”

Henson has been active as an actor for thirty years, with roles in The Mighty Ducks trilogy, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” “Greys Anatomy,” Lords of DogtownJobs and the upcoming sequels, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Parts 1 and 2.
