Robert Knepper Is Clock King on ‘Arrow’ Season 2

Robert Knepper is currently playing a fearsome gangster on TNT’s “Mob City,” but he’s already booked a return to The CW.

According to TVLine, Knepper will guest star in the fourteenth episode of “Arrow” Season 2 as Clock King, a DC villain who is known for meticulously planning his crimes down to the second. Originally conceived by Batman co-creator Bill Finger, Clock King first appeared in 1947. A later incarnation of Clock King was actually one of Green Arrow’s rogue’s gallery.

Although best known for playing Theodore “T-Bag” Bagwell on “Prison Break,” Knepper has also appeared in “The Blacklist,” “Heroes,” “Criminal Minds” and he had a starring role in The CW’s “Cult” last season. Knepper was also recently cast as Antonius in the upcoming sequels The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Parts 1 and 2.

Alex Kingston is also slated to appear in Clock King’s episode of “Arrow,” as she reprises her role as Dinah Lance, the mother of Laurel and Sara.

The fall finale of “Arrow” Season 2 airs tonight on The CW.
