See something, say something, am I right?

A 29-year-old man living in Switzerland recently received anonymous threats for one reason and one reason only: his neighbors mistook his flying Jack Daniels flag for an ISIS flag. Oh boy. After displaying the flag, the dude found the note in the mail, a note that was signed by “concerned neighbors.” The neighbors also told them they would put the man and his girlfriend under watch.

The man, who wished to remain anonymous, said: “I hung it up, because I found it funny.”

Let’s first take a look at what a Jack Daniels flag looks like.

And now let’s look at the actual ISIS flag:

Well, the colors match at least.

According to the man, part of the note read: “Should we be afraid of you? First the Italian flag and now the black flag of death.” Wait, what’s wrong with the Italian flag?

The man also added that he has no clue who wrote it.

“I talked to the neighbors but no-one knows anything about it. We want to address the responsible person or persons. When it is wrongly told that we are supporters of ISIS, it is defamation.”

Well, currently the man said he will not be removing the flag as doing so would “prove them right.”

In other news, I don’t think this is the type of publicity Jack Daniels enjoys.
