Video: Clumsy Customer Accidentally Destroys $6,000 Worth Of TVs

Maybe the guy in this story was eager to watch the ten best episodes in TV history, because what he accidentally did while checking out some televisions in a store has everyone buzzing.

While this dude lost his pants trying to steal a TV, some poor sap at the HBH Woolacotts electronics store in St Austell, southwest England managed to destroy a couple of TVs when he got a little bit too eager. A surveillance camera inside the store captured the moment the clumsy customer kneels down to check out a TV, only to end up knocking over four televisions. That’s right, four. Check out the video below thanks to the HBH Woolacotts YouTube:

“Staff were devastated when it happened,” the store’s assistant manager Mike Collins told the local newspaper, The West Briton. “My manager just said ‘you will never guess what has happened’. I was very shocked.”

I guess stuff like that is bound to happen when you put TVs near the front doors. But hey, what do I know?

No word yet on whether the customer had to pay for the damage he caused, but the TVs have been sent off to get repaired according to a store representative.

The video has been viewed over two million times since it has been posted, although many people believe the incident was faked simply for publicity. And hey, we are talking about it so I guess it worked if it is indeed fake. Regardless, it always nice seeing other people that are not me doing clumsy things.
